Return Policy

What's your refund policy for returns ?

In accordance with French law and the Consumer Code.

  • Your right of return is effective for 14 days from receipt of your product.You have the right to cancel your order without having to justify your decision.
  • From the moment you cancel your order, you have 14 days to return the product to us.
  • Although on average our refunds are made within 3 working days, we have 14 days to refund you once we have received your returned product.
    You can choose between a purchase voucher (Store Credit) or a refund on the original method of payment.
    Vouchers/credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any item on our website.
  • Return costs are at the customer's charge, except in the case of an error on our part (incorrect or faulty item received).

Submit Your Return Request

You can easily manage your retraction requests and check their progress via our returns management page.


1. Log in to our returns management page: https://colorisha.returnscenter.com
2. Enter your order number and e-mail address.
3. You will see the details of your order with the items you have ordered.
4. Select the concerned item(s).
5. Select how you would like to be refunded: "Store Credit" or "Refund via your payment method".
6. Select the reason for your return from the choices provided, e.g. "Defective item" or "Other reasons".
7. If necessary, upload photos/videos of the concerned item.
8. Confirm your request.
9. Once your request has been received by our team, please allow 48 hours for a response from us.
Once your request has been approved, you have 14 days to return the item to us using your own means.
We strongly recommend that you use a tracked shipping method for your returns, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.

In the case of a return for an "incorrect" or "defective" item, we will provide you with a return label and the return costs will be at our expense.

In accordance with French consumer law, you have the right to request a replacement, a credit note or a refund.

How long to be refunded ?

Once you have submitted a return request via our returns management page,

I. In the case of an order error on our part (incorrect or defective item received):

Please allow 2 to 7 working days for a refund on your payment method or for a store credit (voucher) valid for 12 months.

II. If you exercise your right of return:
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned product.

Conditions of Returns

All products must be returned:

- unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging
- in its original condition
- With all original labels still attached
- Free of the smell of sweat, perfume, deodorant or detergent
- Free of make-up and stains.


Items not eligible for return and refund:

- Customized products, made-to-measure products, made-to-order products.

- Cosmetics, hair products, underwear, intimate apparel, stockings, earrings and necklaces.

- Digital products, downloaded products, books with signs of use.

- Product(s) returned without our approval:

Incorrect or defective items

Incorrect" or "defective" items are those received as a result of an error on our part, or an item damaged in transit.
Example: you have ordered a size S and have received a size XL.


If you have received an incorrect or defective item:
1. Log on to our returns center: https://colorisha.returnscenter.com
2. Enter your order number and e-mail address.
3. You will find the details of your order with the items you have ordered.
4. Select the item(s) concerned.
5. Select how you would like to be reimbursed. "Voucher" or "Refund via your payment method".
6. Select the reason for your return.
In this case, for example: "Incorrect item" or "Defective item".
7. Upload your photos/videos of the defective item.
8. Confirm your request.
9. Once your request has been received by our team, please allow 48 hours for a response from us.
In this case, we are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once your request has been approved, you will be reimbursed within 3 working days using the method of payment you used to place your order, or you will receive a Store credit (voucher) immediately, if this is what you chose in step 5.


You'll find your store credit (voucher) in your customer account, but also in our reply email.
